Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within ten days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 10 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the products.

Address
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a per postal letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this purchase.

Respect of the deadline
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel your purchase, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this refund.

Right of retention
We may refuse a refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

Return of products
You must return or hand over the products to us without delay and in any case no later than ten days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from your purchase. The deadline is met if you send the products before the end of the ten day period. 

Return shipping costs
The direct costs for returning the products are at your expense.

Value replacement for delivery of products
You are only liable for the depreciation of the products if this depreciation is the result of treatment of the products that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and operation of the products.
